1. Use of Service

You agree to use the service lawfully and only for its intended purpose: creating personal resumes.

2. Account and User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide. Do not misuse the platform by uploading false, misleading, or harmful content.

3. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, templates, and branding are owned by CT WebDev. User-submitted content (resume data) remains the property of the user.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments for downloadable Word resumes are final unless a technical issue prevents delivery. Refunds are at our discretion and may require proof.

AI Pro renews monthly at the price shown at checkout and includes 50 AI credits per paid billing cycle. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Purchased credit packs carry over. Cancel subscription from your dashboard; access continues until the paid period ends. PDF and Word exports do not consume credits.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Resume outcomes (e.g., job rejections)
• Downtime, errors, or third-party service interruptions
• Misuse of your resume by others

6. Termination

We may suspend or delete your account for violating these terms or abusing the Service..

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with internationally recognized legal principles and conventions, without regard to local jurisdiction or conflict of law provisions.
